Simple thing to think on: How is it that they were advising pregnant women to get the shot prior (when it had the adjuvant. Then they decided that they will make a 'new' vaccine with NO adjuvant?!? Why did they not do that from the get go for everyone? Why did they change it? It's not like they tested their vaccine on this strain of H1N1....they did the testing on H5N1. Eat healthy, stay clean and hygenic, and do what you usually do to avoid the flu along with not panicking. Either way, if I was pregnant and had H1N1, I would not get the vaccination.

Surrounded by tons of love and support everyones needs were met , including the tired mamas. Baby Kai born on July 22,2009 at 10:15 pm and his is two aunties attended to him while being weighed and primped. Her husband (perhaps unknowingly ) gave her the greatest gift. While completely thrilled about the birth of his baby he NEVER left Leni's side. With warmth and complete support assurred her she made it and thanked her for the birth of a beautiful son. Leni's thought was one of confirmation: This is truly my husband. This is a sentiment months later that still brings her to tears of joy.
